Nos termos do Art.º 18º dos Estatutos da APA, Associação de Pais da Alegria e, em conformidade com as disposições legais aplicáveis, convocam-se os Pais e Encarregados de Educação dos Alunos da Escola Básica da Alegria para a Assembleia Geral Ordinária, que se irá realizar no próximo dia 24 de Outubro de 2024 (quinta-feira), pelas 18h00, na Biblioteca da Escola Básica da Alegria.
A Assembleia reunirá com a seguinte ordem de trabalhos:
Apresentar e aprovar o relatório de actividades e contas da gerência relativo ao ano 2023/2024;
Eleição dos Órgãos Sociais 2024/2025: da Mesa da Assembleia Geral, do Conselho Executivo e do Conselho Fiscal;
Apresentar a Proposta de Plano Anual de Atividades para 2024/2025;
Outros assuntos submetidos à apreciação.
Se à hora marcada não estiver reunido o quórum legalmente exigido, a assembleia reunirá, meia hora mais tarde, independentemente do número de participantes presentes.

Parents summoned for APA presentation and 24/25 Elections
Under the terms of Article 18 of the Statutes of APA, Associação de Pais da Alegria, and in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, the Parents and Guardians of the Students of Escola Básica da Alegria are hereby summoned to the General Meeting, which will be held on 24th October 2024 (Thursday), at 6pm, in the Library of Escola Básica da Alegria.
The Assembly will meet with the following agenda:
Present and approve the annual activity and financial reports from 2023/2024;
Election of Governing Bodies for 2024/2025: General Meeting Board, Executive Board and Supervisory Board;
Present the Annual Activity Plan Proposal for 2024/2025;
Other matters submitted for discussion.
If the legally required quorum is not present at the appointed time, the assembly will meet half an hour later, regardless of the number of participants present.
